Our Complete Focus is on Growth

Simply put, it’s our consistent proven record in creating value for stakeholders. This outcome reflects the breadth of organizational and operational experience we bring to the table. We have faced and solved issues from high-level strategic to functional-specific at corporations ranging from Fortune 100 to 501(c)3. As entrepreneurs we know the underlying forces that determine a new venture's success. We have a clear understanding of core-value drivers dominant across a variety of business life-cycles.
Clients see our broad proven accomplishments in all-encompassing strategy development, digital transformation, crisis management, turnaround execution, and overall business performance improvement as instrumental to their success in creating value. We bring inter-disciplinary expertise in finance, M&A, marketing & sales, brand management, and operating logistics, to a process-driven, balanced qualitative and intensely quantitative, approach for the creation and capture of opportunity-sets.
Finally, our approach to working with a client is interactive and high touch; in core engagements we become part of the executive team: as primary stakeholders we fully immerse ourselves and work side by side with the team to attack and solve the business challenges at hand, uncover key issues, and capture opportunities.
We value and embrace diversity of thought. Learning leads to Creation resulting in Discovery. Below are a few of the sites that help us keep our ears to the ground.

What We Think
“Business as Usual” is an oxymoron. Change is the agent that accelerates growth, advances strategic initiatives, and creates value.
Leaders are looking closely at the intersection of their organization's social impact activities to drive consumer engagement and the positive societal outcomes achievable when businesses harness their power for good.
For more than a decade KMG has been engaged with 501(c)3, public, and privately held companies to develop philanthropic, socially responsible, and cause-related initiatives.

In 1941 Churchill failed to see how vulnerable Singapore was to attack from a Japanese land invasion. He took the “worst disaster” in British history personally and vowed to learn from it. He promised his leadership would be shaped by four questions: “What don’t I know? Why am I not being told? Why don’t I ask? Why don’t I tell what I know?”
These four simple questions epitomize a leadership stance that is mindful of ignorance as well as of knowledge. They bring awareness to the fact that what you don’t know— and when you realize what you don’t know — often hurts you. They also bring the realization that leadership depends on when as much as on what.
